A Resolution accepting the response of CITYVisions Associates, LLC, and AU Associates, Inc., to RFP No. 9-2015 - Development Agent Services for the Old Fayette County Courthouse, and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute a Professional Services Agreement with CITYVisions Associates, LLC, and AU Associates, Inc., to provide services related to the RFP at a cost not to exceed $500,000 for Phase 1A, with any additional services and phases provided under the Agreement contingent upon sufficient funds being appropriated in future Fiscal Year(s), for a total cost not to exceed $1,275,000 for the entire project. Summary
Authorization to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with City Visions Associates/AU Associates. They will provide development agent services related to the reuse of the Historic Fayette County Courthouse for all phases of the project. They shall serve as LFUCG's development representative while providing professional consultation and advice during performance of the agreement. This request is to pay $500,000.00 to the City Visions/AU Associates for Phase IA of the contract. Should subsequent phases not be funded, the services will cease and the contract will terminate. The total contract will be $1,275,000.00 should the entirety of the contract be executed.
