BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Central KY Housing & Homeless Initiative, TREE Fund, Historic Woodward Heights Neighborhood Association and Pralltown Neighborhood Association, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Central KY Housing & Homeless Initiative ($1,100.00), TREE Fund ($425.00), Historic Woodward Heights Neighborhood Association ($500.00) and Pralltown Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00), from account #1101 121002 1006 71214, from a Council District, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
