BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with American Legal Publishing, for Ordinance codification and online publishing services, at a cost estimated not to exceed $6,000.00 annually, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any documents related to any future renewals of such Agreement, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $6,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to American Legal Publishing, from account # 1101 - 123001 - 75101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
