BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works be and hereby is authorized to procure professional services from MKSK, a sole source provider, for the Lexington Streetscape Phase One Vine Street/South Limestone and Cheapside/Main Street Site Amenities Projects, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with MKSK related to these services.
