Summary
Authorization for the Mayor to execute an agreement between the LFUCG and Goodwill Cars to Work program. The Goodwill Cars to Work Program is a private, not-for-profit dealership which provides those referred with options for purchasing vehicles in order to achieve and maintain employment. This will allow the Department of Social Services to refer clients to the Cars to Work Program. There is no fiscal impact to LFUCG associated with this agreement. (L0335-15)(Hamilton)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Partnership Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Goodwill of Kentucky Cars to Work, Inc., for the purpose of client referral to the Cars to Work Program, for the Department of Social Services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
