BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Public Financial Management, Inc., to RFP No. 25-2012, for consulting services related to the Police and Fire Pension Fund, be and hereby is accepted and approved, and that the Mayor is authorized, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute the Agreement with Public Financial Management, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, related to these services.
Section 2 - That an amount, in an amount not to exceed the sum of $149,089.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Public Financial Management, Inc., from account #1101-133001-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
