BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution 057-2017 is amended to establish a price contract with Bound Tree Medical LLC, and Grogan’s, Inc., for Emergency Medical Supplies, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
