WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 164-99 established a Residential Parking Permit Program, for the 300 block of Park Avenue, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Sunday.
WHEREAS, it is now the desire of the Council to amend Resolution 164-99 to include 602 East High Street in the Residential Parking Permit Program for the 300 block of Park Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution 164-99 is amended to include 602 East High Street in the Residential Parking Permit Program for the 300 block of Park Avenue, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Sunday.
Section 2 - That the Clerk of the Urban County Council be and hereby is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Council Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of the Division of Revenue, the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority and the Director of the Division of Traffic Engineering.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
