BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 4, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Lagco, Inc., for the Main Street Baptist Church Parking Lot Renovation (Jefferson Street Viaduct), increasing the Contract price by the sum of $46,528.00, raising the total price to $1,569,005.35.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $46,528.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lagco, Inc., from account # 3230 - 313101 - 91714, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order and the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
