BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with The Living Arts and Science Center, for use of funds from the Urban Development Action Grant (UDAG) Repayment Fund ($60,000) and the General Fund ($20,000) for expansion of the Living Arts and Science Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $80,000 be and hereby is approved for payment to The Living Arts and Science Center, from account #3300-900342-71101 ($60,000) and 1101-900342-71101 ($20,000), pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
