BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Memorandum of Understanding, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bluegrass Chapter of the Kentucky Mountain Bike Association, for construction and maintenance of a mountain bike off road trail at Veterans Park, and rental equipment.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $17,862.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Bluegrass Chapter of the Kentucky Mountain Bike Association, from account # 2518-707601-90313-796, pursuant to the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding.
