BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Emergency Management/911, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase emergency outdoor warning sirens from Federal Signal Safety and Security Systems, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $44,541.25, be and hereby is approved for payment to Federal Signal Safety and Security Systems from account #2603-505204-96703, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
