A Resolution approving the FY 2027 Budget of the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority (LexPark), as well as proposed fee or rate increases (effective September 1, 2026, in part, and January 1, 2027, in part), pursuant to KRS 67A.921. [Council Office, Hall]

WHEREAS, KRS 67A.921 requires the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority (LexPark) to submit its budget to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for review and approval, which may include any proposed fee or rate increase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget for the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority (LexPark), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby is approved for the purposes set forth in KRS 67A.921.
Section 2 - That the proposed fee or rate increases, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, shall be approved for the purposes set forth in KRS 67A.921, effective September 1, 2026, in part, and January 1, 2027, in part, as provided in the attached fee or rate increases document.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
