BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 3 of Resolution No. 158-2016 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 3 - That the following Council Leave hereby is approved:
Keith Thomas, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, in the Division of Waste Management, beginning March 11, 2016 through June 11, 2016.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective retroactive to April 7, 2016.
