WHEREAS, at the March 20, 2014 Corridors Commission meeting, the Commission heard a request from McDonald's Corp. to waive certain aspects of the landscape requirements for one of the out lot parcels, of the Richmond Road Landscape Ordinance 213-83. The request was approved by the Commission and requires Council approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That based on the Corridors Commission recommendation from their March 20, 2014 meeting, a waiver is granted to McDonald's Corp. from the Richmond Road Landscape Ordinance 213-83 to waive certain aspects of the landscape requirements for one of the out lot parcels. The changes are in the location of landscaping to accommodate internal movement in the out lot parcel.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
