BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute certificates of consideration and other necessary documents, and to accept a deed of easement from C.M. Gatton and Pinnacle One, Ltd., for 399 square feet of land located at 1733 Harrodsburg Road for sidewalk construction, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
