BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Director of Human Resources be and hereby is directed to conduct a hazardous duty pay study for the Coroner's Office by July 2014.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
