This is a request to renew a Lease Agreement with Kentucky State Police for space within the Annex Building for administering the driver's license testing activity. The agreement is for one (1) year, July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, with an option of automatic renewal for one (1) additional one (1) year term.  The annual rental rate is $15,421.50.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreement which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky State Police, Commonwealth of Kentucky, for lease of space at 162 East Main Street.
      Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
