BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Sworn Appointments:
Scott Perrine, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $28.588 hourly, in the Division of Police, effective upon passage of Council.

Jeffrey Hyer, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $28.588 hourly, in the Division of Police, effective upon passage of Council.

Chadwick Bacon, Police Lieutenant, Grade 317E, $3,025.14 bi weekly, in the Division of Police, effective upon passage of Council.

Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointments:
Katherine Toribio, Family Support Worker Sr., Grade 112N, $15.523 hourly, in the Division of Family Services, effective upon passage of Council.
