BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One (1) to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Integrated Engineering, PLLC, for design of the Meadows/Northland/Arlington Public Improvements Project, Phase 6A2, increasing the Contract Price by the sum of $32,320.00 from $319,000.00 to $315,320.00.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $32,320.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Integrated Engineering, PLLC., from account #3120-303202-91713 pursuant to the terms of Change Order One (1).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
