Section 1 - That the following subsection line number 550-050 in the sworn authorized strength be and hereby is deleted:
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the sworn authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
550.060 41 923 317E Police Lieutenant
Section 3 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0038, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
