BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept an award of $10,000.00 in federal funds from the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service through the American Farmland Trust (AFT) Soil Health Stewards Program Grant, for the Purchase of Development Rights (PDR) program, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to the expenditure of funds.
