BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Procare Solutions, to upgrade the existing child care software used by the Family Care Center, for the Division of Family Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $59.00 per month in FY 2023, be and hereby is approved for payment to Procare Solutions, from account #1101-606401-75101, pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $708.00 in FY 2024, be and hereby is approved for payment to Procare Solutions, from account #1101-606401-75101, pursuant to the terms of the Contract, and subject to the Budgeting of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
