BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN

COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

      Section 1 - That the temporary position of Administrative Officer, P/T, Grade 118E, be extended for a four (4) year term effective July 1, 2013, in the Division of Waste Management.

      Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
