BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a First Amendment, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to an Agreement with Central Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Inc., extending the period of performance through April 30, 2026, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other necessary amendments or Agreements related to the use of these Funds.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
