BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. One (1), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with JF Acquisition LLC d/b/a JF Petroleum Group, for the Kearney Hills Golf Course and Picadome Golf Course aboveground storage tank replacement project, for the Division of Water Quality increasing the Contract price by $18,910.00 and raising the total Contract price from $56,424.70 to $75,334.70.
