This is a request to enter into a lease agreement with Blue Grass Community Action Partnership for space within the Senior Citizens Center located at 1530 Nicholasville Road. The agreement will be for one (1) year, effective July 1, 2012 and expiring June 30, 2013 with an option of automatic extension for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Occupant provides an integral service at no charge to LFUCG and the recommendation is that no rent is charged.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the lease agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Blue Grass Community Action Partnership, for lease of space at the Senior Citizen's Center.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
