BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Waste Management, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase software and RFID/barcode scanners from RACO Industries, LLC, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $22,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to RACO Industries, LLC from account #1115-303501-96468, ($6,562.00) and #1115-303501-96202 ($15,438.00), pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
