BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the contract (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 55-15), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Fitzsimons Office of Architecture, Inc. for architectural and engineering services related to the Kenwick Community Center, at a cost not to exceed $21,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $21,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Fitzsimons Office of Architecture, Inc. from account #1105-707601-7211-91017 pursuant to the terms of the contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
