BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Wellesley Heights Neighborhood Assoc., 16th District PTA c/o Hayes Middle School, and Old Paris Neighborhood Assoc., Inc. for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Wellesley Heights Neighborhood Assoc. ($300.00), 16th District PTA c/o Hayes Middle School ($350.00), and Old Paris Neighborhood Assoc., Inc. ($350.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
