BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the multi-year Master Subscription Agreement and related Order Form (“Agreements”), which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Granicus, LLC, for Engagement HQ and support, for the Office of the Council Clerk.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $56,500.00 in FY 2024, be and hereby is approved for payment to Granicus, LLC from account # 1101-121001-75103, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements, with annual increases not to exceed ten percent (10%) and subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
