BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Kentucky American Water and Kentucky Utilities, for the Town Branch Trail Phase IV & V Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the collective sum of $768,475.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Kentucky American Water ($686,250.00) and Kentucky Utilities ($82,225.00), from account # 3160-303202-3225-90313, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements and contingent upon approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
