Authorization to sign a three year Agreement with Compass Group, d/b/a Canteen, which provides unattended vending services at the Public Safety Operations Center (PSOC). This system allows more items to be available to employees and for purchases to be made via cashless self-checkout kiosks or a mobile app. LFUCG is not responsible for unpaid merchandise. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Compass Group, d/b/a Canteen, for vending services at the Public Safety Operations Center at no cost to the Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
