This is a request to execute a Class B Infrastructure (Feasibility) Incentive Grant Award Agreement to the Board of Education of Fayette County at a cost not to exceed $12,000.00 to perform stormwater quality project at James Lane Allen Elementary School. A minimum match in the amount of $4,000 is required by the grant recipient. Funds are budgeted.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
