Summary

Authorization to execute the revised drainage easement and Agreement for 4196 Weber Way, a part of Wyndham Hills Unit 4-A.  On August 25, 1988, the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Planning Commission certified the final record plat for Wyndham Hills, Unit 4-A (Cabinet H, Slide 340). Denoted on the record plat are requirements to be met by a prospective developer prior to any construction permits for the individual lot 2P, 4196 Weber Way. No Budgetary impact. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the revised drainage easement and Agreement for 4196 Weber Way, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Atkins Homes LLC.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
