BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 6, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Contract with Olympic Construction, LLC, for the Fire Station #24 Construction Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $83,289.04 from $4,530,640.20 to $4,613,929.24 and adding forty-four (44) work days to the construction schedule.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $83,289.04, be and hereby is approved for payment to with Olympic Construction, LLC, from account #2607-505704-5742-90511 pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
