BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 466-2020 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $2,756,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account # 2610-303202-3251-91715, at the time of closing.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
