BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the extension of the timeline for completion of the SSA Group 2/3 Sewershed Field Activities-Raising Manholes-Contract 4 with Tobacco Rose Farm Construction and Development Services be and hereby is accepted and the Time of Completion date be and hereby is changed from March 2012 to May 2012.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
