BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Resolution No. 312-2023 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute certificates of consideration and other necessary documents, and to accept deeds from owners of record, for property interests needed for the Merrick Trunk Sewer Project, a Remedial Measures Project required by the Consent Decree, at a cost not to exceed $120,000.00.

Section 2 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 312-2023 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $120,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, all from account # 4003-303408-3466-92811, at the time of closing.

Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
