BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Proposal of Group CJ to RFP No. 26-2014, to provide Graphic Design Services to various Departments and Divisions of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the proposal and letter of engagement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
