BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Pyrotecnico Fireworks, Inc. to sell, furnish, and deliver a fireworks display on July 4, 2022, or the postponement date of July 5, 2022.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $18,000, with the exception of an additional ten percent (10%) in the case of postponement, be and hereby is approved for payment to Pyrotecnico Inc., from account #1101-707105-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
