BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That enforcement of Sections 18A-3, 18A-4, and 18A-6 of the Code of Ordinances be suspended until amendments to Chapter 18A are passed.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
