BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with ArtsConnect c/o LexArts and Winburn Neighborhood Association for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to ArtsConnect c/o LexArts ($500.00) and Winburn Neighborhood Association ($150.00) from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
