A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute the contract amendment to the Information Systems Agreement with Systems & Software, Inc., to utilize Invoice Cloud as Payment Gateway Provider and IVR for LEXServ Payments, and any other related documents with the Contractor or any other necessary party, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government; and authorizing the Mayor or her designee to execute any future amendment to the Information Systems Agreement and any other necessary documents changing sub-contractors that do not increase the contract price and is approved by the Div. of Revenue. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the contract amendment to the Information Systems Agreement with Systems & Software, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to utilize Invoice Cloud as Payment Gateway Provider and IVR for LEXServ payments, and any other related documents with the contractor or any other necessary party, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any future amendment to the Information Systems Agreement and any other necessary documents changing sub-contractors that does not increase the contract price and is approved by the Division of Revenue.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
