This is a request to execute an agreement with Bluegrass Regional Mental Health/Mental Retardation Board, Inc. to provide offender mental health care services at the Division of Community Corrections. The Agreement is for three (3) years beginning July 1, 2012, with two (2) one (1) year renewals. The fiscal impact for FY2013 is $881,265. Funds are budgeted.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bluegrass Regional Mental Health-Mental Retardation Board, Inc., d/b/a Comprehensive Care Center, for mental health services for inmates at the Detention Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $881,265.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bluegrass Regional Mental Health-Mental Retardation Board, Inc., d/b/a Comprehensive Care Center, from account #1101-505402-71204 pursuant to the terms of th...
