BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That in order to ensure the appropriate treatment of revenues or other monies received from jurisdictions participating in the Central Kentucky 911 Network, the Department of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to designate a fund which will be used exclusively for the operation and maintenance of the Central Kentucky 911 Network. Any revenues or monies obtained from designated 911 fees will also be subject to the applicable federal and state requirements and restrictions related to the expenditure of such funds.
