BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a First Amendment to the Purchase Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Cassidian Communications, Inc., and the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Corporation, for the 800 MHz digital simulcast radio network, to allow for additional equipment to be purchased by the Airport and for other governmental entities to procure equipment under the agreement, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
