Summary
Authorization to amend Chapter 5, Article VIII, Sections 5-108, 5-109 and 5-110, to change the eligibility criteria for the Emergency Temporary Relocation Assistance Program, also known as the Short-term Lodging Assistance Program from 40 percent Area Median Income to 80 percent Area Median Income and increase the maximum aggregate benefit from $800 to $1000 to align with the eligibility criteria and benefits associated with the Replacement Housing Assistance Program. Also, to reassign Program administration to the Department of Housing Advocacy and Community Development. No Budgetary impact. (L0551-23) (Sanders/Lanter)
