BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept and award for the Fire Training Incentive Grant in the amount up to $3,892,752.00, for FY27 from the Commission on Fire Protection, Personnel, Standards, and Education for Training Incentives for Firefighters, for supplemental pay and training. No local match is required.
