Body

                     WHEREAS, the Council by Resolution No. 416-2017 established a Residential Parking Permit Program, for the south side of the 400 block of West Second Street between Bruce Street and Jefferson Street, twenty-four (24) hours per day, Monday through Sunday.

                     WHEREAS, it is now the desire of the Council to amend Resolution 416-2017 to include 467, 471 and 473 West Second Street in the Residential Parking Permit Program for the south side of the 400 block of West Second Street between Bruce Street and Jefferson Street.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That Resolution 416-2017 is amended to include 467, 471 and 473 West Second Street in the Residential Parking Permit Program for the south side of the  400 block of West Second Street, between Bruce Street and Jefferson Street, twenty-four (24) hours per day, Monday through Sunday.

                     Section 2 - That the Clerk of the Urban County Council be and hereby is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Council Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of the Division of Revenue, the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority and the Director of the Division of Traffic Engineering.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
